Well copied Tim, I would not have recognised that it was a different aircraft. Pete PS are you still intending to come home in time for the Skype meeting this snowy am here in the UK? -----Original Message----- From: owner-europa-list-server@matronics.com [mailto:owner-europa-list-server@matronics.com] On Behalf Of Tim Ward Sent: 02 March 2018 07:36 Subject: Europa-List: Flight Control for the Mono. Hi All, Just designed a Flight Control Locking device after spying a similar cunning device in a Mono which Peter Jeffers and John Baranski showed me. Built for a Mono as it does not lock the rudders, however hopefully the grounded tail wheel will take care of that. See photo attachments and if any builder/owner requires the profile template for the aluminium plate, I am happy to send it to them. Hope you are keeping warm over in the UK. The beast from the Eastthey are reporting! Cheers, Tim Antipodes Rep Hope the phots come through. --- This email has been checked for viruses by AVG. http://www.avg.com ________________________________ Message 2 _____________________________________ Time: 02:14:33 AM PST US From: "Tim Ward" Subject: Re: Europa-List: Flight Control for the Mono. I discussed this recently with the LAA and they didn't see and issue with leaving them unconnected in non-pressurised aircraft. Thoughts? Unfortunately, being 20 odd years ago it is to long ago for me to remember exactly what the differences were in actual numbers. Hi Anyone who have been experimenting with Garmins GMU11 unit? I plan to instal it in the fuselage - Garmin recommend that installation is done in the wing. Hmmm ??
