They sell over here for about 400 USD, which is about 300 gbp. I did an article in Europa Flyer a few years ago when we installed EarthX. We've since upgraded to the newer version with the fault circuit. We also have added a diode to the C wire to force the voltage to 14 volts that EarthX requires to fully charge the battery. From: "JonSmith" Thanks for that Dave. I agree, and did the same re-bonding to mine about 5 years ago which touch wood has held out fine with no problems since. I think the Redux/ Flox method is a very good fix - but a good mod such as your proposal would be even better....! Although listed in Aircraft Spruce EU and LAS its considred a hazardous product and therefore either wont ship or horrendous shipping cost more than doubling the purchase price. My instruments are mainly "steam type" and I do not want to change them all. I may add a pitch controller in the future. I have found Trio, Trutrac, Dynon and Garmin. Don't need a big bright display duplicating what I can already see and hoping not to spend a fortune. Are the older Navaid units reliable? Thanks William Bliss G-WUFF Mono ________________________________ Message 7 _____________________________________ Time: 02:20:12 PM PST US Subject: Re: Europa-List: Wing leveller From: david park I fitted Trio Autopilot and Alt.
