Incorrect supply of parts is a major non-compliance and could lead to catastrophic incidents. Lets hope that Dave is implementing suitable QAS into Swift and this will seep down into Europa. My own experience shows that implementing similar (same) QAS across companies has a number of operational benefits, not least of which you can Move resources (human) around knowing that people do not need to align themselves with (yet another) QAS.
