    Thanks Barry, Just replaced the bolt. Old one was ok to the naked eye however you never know.     I had a similar failure of the tailwheel bolt about 3 years ago. Broke on the ground after some stormy weather (tied down outside). Bolt broke near the head, classic fatigue crack marks. I now check every annual.
