It has a Brabus engine John, I dont think the LAA will accept that without a struggle.

Ivor,
Thanks - the link in your post is very useful. The sequencer/position device is
essentially the same functionality of the one l have found. It is cheaper but
does require me to break into the loom for the various connections.
It follows that the unit/installation is approved (via annual Permit renewal inspections
or separate MOD approval), so no issues with the LAA either.
Price is USD129, to UK USD148 inc shipping.

It's the Europa of Bruno Reith, the german Europa representative who unfortunately
died in 2015. It's (contrary to the Ad and AFAIK) completely an XS Kit, not
a Classic and is/was nicely finished from what I have seen. The engine https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ecofly_M160
is quite interesting from an economical
point of view and state of the art, however not very popular.

Bob
thanks very much. I am still trying to assimilate it.
However the Europa was the least of the challenges. Apart from the Dynon
failing in Costa Rica - I suspect because of the heat, the aircraft flew
perfectly. The challenges and expense were all in the paperwork.
