The only practicable UK source of the required (0.375" OD x 0.3125" ID) stainless steel tube sells it in 6 foot (1.8m) lengths, for about GBP 80. Does anyone know of a UK supplier of shorter lengths of SS tube, or have a few inches of said tubing that I could buy.? With thanks & regards, Dave M. If you poke around on the web, I think you can find one. An example is at https://www.amazon.com/Etopars-Momentary-Miniature-Toggle-Dashboard/dp/B077P3868T/ref=sr_1_20?keywords=on+off+on+momentary+dpdt+toggle+switch&qid=1555082392&s=automotive&sr=1-20 Cheers, John ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Subject: Re: Europa-List: Elevator trim cutout switch From: Kingsley Hurst Thank you for sharing this one John, an excellent solution IMHO. Please don't go to any trouble but if you happen to know the Part No of the switch I would be interested to know thanks. I recall reading about a "ditching" of a trigear Europa some years ago off South America I saw the photo of the plane being brought ashore after ditching. The story as I recall it was that the plane floated and was towed to the shore; See the photo of it floating quite buoyantly in an article in the Europa club websitehttp://www.theeuropaclub.org . > On 12 April 2019 at 17:00 Peter Zutrauen wrote: > > I had thought with the prepreg wings that it was a 'sinker'.
