The pitch has become fixed in the "fine" position. The slip ring is good and voltages appearing on the slip ring seem ok. Does anyone have a description/wiring diagram of the system, or can anyone pass on knowledge of where the problem might be? Does anyone have a service manual that may help. A cross section view of the mechanism would be great! Many thanks in anticipation. -------- MK Read this topic online here: http://forums.matronics.com/viewtopic.php?p=490185#490185 ________________________________ Message 3 _____________________________________ Time: 09:34:18 AM PST US Subject: Europa-List: Re: Has anyone had corrosion problems on flap cross tube? From: "n7188u" Bud, you are not the only one that put linseed oil in the tubes. I did too. Plugged one end, filled then drain. They teach you that in A&P school. Never thought about the flap cross tube, which I am about to install, collecting water at that end. I think I will drill a small hole. Seems like a good idea.
