At last! I look forward to hearing how well she flies. One step at time. I used exhaust extraction on my Long EZ to cool the IO-320, works well, 10 minutes full throttle on ground not a problem. Cooling on Europas depends a lot on letting the hot air out more than getting enough in. It was very accurate. Well within the requirements. Problem solved. I also made sure the door seal started and finished in the middle of the top of the door opening. I've flown through heavy rain several times and not had any leaks. My cowl Southco fasteners don't leak either, but I can't remember if they were sealed in some way. I'll have to take a look.
