Subject: Europa-List: Its so long since I bought Araldite /Epibond 420

So I am going to mod my wheel pants according to buds plans.  One of the
things about moving from Colombia is that I left behind stuff a ton of
really useful stuff....like out of date araldite.

And now I see its about USD500 for a quart kit.  I used my out of date
Araldite for bonding nut-plate riveted to aluminium backing plates to
composite (if that makes sense - as opposed to riveting nut plates to
composite.)

Does any one have an alternative to araldite which is easier to obtain (in
the USA) and cheaper for

   - Non structural like the above
   - Structural - for future reference.  (Didn't someone on the forum
   mention that they had used aeropoxy adhesive instead of Araldite??)

Contact me off line.  For my wheel pant mod, it can be done without Epibond 420
A/B.  

I used to be able to get 420 A/B from distributors that had near expiration or
just expired cans.  Shelf life even unopened is six months.  Obviously, it is
longer than that.
