David,
As recounted at the Committee meeting.
Flew ~100 hours (a/c hours 200) then suffered a stoppage at 1800ft close to Elstree
ATZ. Switched to reserve but made a glide approach and landing under Mayday.
Glass type (Aeroline or Moeller) fitted looks clear but when removed had light
green coloured sludge that blocked the primary feed (912ULS).
Since replaced with a pair of Andair FX250-E (62 micron filter size) and I also
clean the filter screens (also on the gascolator) ever 12 months.
No problems since fitting the Andair filters.
