I used old araldite for non structural stuff including bonding a handle on a spaghetti sieve which was regularly put in the dishwasher. I expected the heat and humidity to overcome the joint. I use a cotton wheel on a Dremel type tool and some red jew elers rouge after a sanding with 1000 grit paper to shine it up. O rings a re tough to find. Especially the square edged ones. I'm no help there. I have no spare calipers as I have a Europa mono in the shop with some seri ous gear/brake issues and may have to rebuild everything! I find it odd th at the gear and brakes passed inspection for the last two annuals in this c ondition. I'm afraid if your disk and caliper are in bad shape the cost of replacemen ts is getting harder. Consider the Berringer Brake unit as a long term sol ution.
