*B*rian
since no one else has answered I will attempt to explain.
The bulkhead referred to in the build manual goes in the cockpit module
tunnel. When i built mine I got the "word" from the forum that this was
the thing to do. There are no obvious locating points or hard points.
I cut the bulkhead and adjusted it to fit the tunnel. In my case lacking
the instruction I made the bulkhead in a single piece. I then covered the
edges of the bulkhead in plastic and masking taped the bulkhead in place.
I put 4 ply bid tapes on the top and both sides to form 2" right angle
brackets in the join between the bulkhead and cockpit module. Once cured I
drilled 3/16 holes through both and bolted in place.

Thanks very much, Will, much appreciated. A removable bulkhead, that
sounds like a really good idea, will do that.
Brian Phillips,
