Fred thanks How nice to hear from you - sorry for silence. I was worried about this issue for my trip from Colombia to USA but in the event nothing happened. I probably should think about securing the doors because i have a a full dynon system...but I am not sure if I can be bothered to re-work the doors etc. I seem to have my hands full with routine maintenance! yours Will William Daniell LONGPORT +1 786 878 0246 On Sat, Nov 13, 2021 at 1:02 AM fklein@orcasonline.com < fklein@orcasonline.com> wrote: > > > On Nov 28, 2018, at 3:38 PM, William Daniell <wdaniell.longport@gmail.com > > wrote: > > Has anyone got a clever solution for securing the aircraft doors - for > example in a strange airport overnight? > > > Will, > > Under some guidance from a locksmith, I=99ve installed those cylind rical key > locks often seen on vending machines. > If you=99re interested, I=99ll pull the interior cover plates and take some > photos of the catch which prevents retraction of the shoot bolt. > > Fred > >

Ron, I used a plenum from an RV10. I don't know if Vans still sell them or not but I recall that it was not very expensive - Paul On Sun, Oct 24, 2021 at 12:07 PM rparigoris <rparigor@hotmail.com> wrote: > > Hi Group Has anyone flying with Rotax Cooling Air Baffle modified the > internal flow to give cylinders #3 and #4 a little more flow compared to > the front two cylinders?
