We flew to International Peace Garden in North Dakota (at the North Dakota - Manitoba border). We had planned to camp overnight, but food wasn't available. The return trip was across northern MN and WI. Visited Heather's Mom in Appleton, WI. Total trip was about 1500 NM (14 hours tach time), mostly flown over three days. Starting thread for this week. We'll be cleaning N241BW after last week's trip. We killed a lot of bugs! Jim Read this topic online here: http://forums.matronics.com/viewtopic.php?p=507666#507666

I just use an electric finger file on the rebate to take the shine right off. Next time around I shall make sure there is a 3 mm gap all round as a transition for any bits that end up slightly proud. Ive generally had the windows papered over and the doors on and used ratchet straps round the whole fuselage and some bits of ply or card to apply pressure at the right points. -------- Graeme Bird kit4 (Wagstaff) TBD Kit3 G-CLXU (Gregory) mono 914 xs Woodcomp Kit2 G-PATS - (kesterton) Mono Classic 912 warpdrive Kit 1 G-UMPY - Mono Classic/XS 912S, Woodcomp G(@)gdbmk.co.uk Read this topic online here: http://forums.matronics.com/viewtopic.php?p=507667#507667
