It looks like the mounting block is mounted upside down. The built-in stops can
be seen on the bottom; these should be on the top.

Thanks Duncan; yes correct... thought about it a bit more and John's standard of
assembly; rather than error he would of had a reason and purpose to flip things
upside down; probably control cable alignment. The aircraft has been set up
for control rod to the rudder and then John has retro fitted after completion
to just cables.
