Subject: | US source M10 Binx nut |
Hello all,
I'm getting to the stage to hang the engine, to mate the ring mount to the Europa
engine mount. I found the M10x110 on Lockwoods site but I cannot find the
'Binx' nuts anywhere other than UK sources.
Does anyone know of a US source or if a different kit plane uses them and might
supply them in the States?
Thank you,
Kyle

Will,
I found that the airbox temperature was as high as 170 F in cruise, which ex
ceeded the intervention temperature (160 F) for my early motor without an in
tercooler. So, I reinstalled the intercooler which knocked the airbox temp d
own to 132 F max. I use a standard K type thermocouple on the airbox install
ed in the supplied port side boss.
