Hi everyone. And again apologies for the late reply. One of these days I will revisit
the seat situation. The Oregon seat are probably a good advice but probably
too much $$$ for me right now.
I put a lot of thought into the design in to the design of my current seats but
can't say I have the best arrangement. 2-3 hour flights are OK. I am not someone
that likes being in a small plane that long anyway.
The exception is my LongEZ. That airplane was truly designed for long trips as
the seating position is quite supine and resembles that of a high performance
glider. Being on your back really helps and I have done 6-7 hour flights in that
plane with no problems.
It should be a fun project to do.

Ron,
I think I built my Europa with ACS peel ply tape exclusively. I don't remember
using it on large surfaces (although I probably did somewhere).
The green stuff is nice but I don't think I used much of it.
