I thought I had read everything on the internet about the Falco so it was with joy when I stumbled over this list. In my mind I have built many of the parts, trying to figure out how to make them. First question (of properly many), is how to produce the fuselage frames? On Ryans web page he builds them in halves and then scarfs them together, this looks to me very difficult to do accurately! (By the way a very inspiring builders log, thanks Ryan). On the Sequoia homepage I have seen 2 methods one laminated up in a spiral with every strip scarf together, and the other laminated with the ends of the strips ending where the cuts for the fuselage stringers is going to be. The spiral method looks the easiest to me, although it probably will take quite some time as each strip will have to dry up before a new one can be glued in. Any comments to either method would be appreciated, so I can go on figuring out the best way to get started on the jigs. Best regards Frank There is a lot of talk about to little traffic / postings, maybe those having a webpage could link to the list? (I would have found it one of the many times I have visited Georges homepage (Great too) if there was a link there!!!)
