I had several insurance agents tell me that there was no way I could get
insurance. Basically, the insurance market is going through a "tight" phase
where they are very selective on what they will insure. I was told the only
think I could do was to wait a few years until the insurance industry swings
to a more open market. Such is life!

Any indication for either group on what it would take for them to "warm up"
