--> FEWMustang-List message posted by: "Tore S. Bristol" <tf51@c2i.net> George Lazik. Remember this mail? My PSRU was ready to be tested and would be shipped in 30 days!!!! But of course it was the same on Aug 7th 2003, and about a dozen times after that. Ed tricked me into paying in full when he on Aug 7th 2003 said it was ready and just waiting for " test stand time" Should be ready in 1 week. That is now 23 months ago! On March 2nd 2005 it was ready to shipped the same week!! But then he all of a sudden refused to ship it before it was tested !!! Talk about catch 22! I was perfectly willing to have it shipped without testing, as that seemed the only way. I will open it to check it out/confirm all parts are there and test it on my aircraft. Against better judgement, but since you said so ( and I wanted to believe you.) I agreed to wait 30days so I could have a tested unit. That was more than 90 days ago. And now it is suddenly locked up where you dont even know I have wasted 23 months waiting for Ed to do what he has promised. It must be pretty clear to everybody he is lying, and has been for well ower 2 years. I noticed you are now talking about the "alledged PSRU" so I take it you finally are seeing the truth about Ed ? I told you about 4 months ago that I dont think he even has a unit for me. So he can save himself and the new company by sending it ASAP. To have it in FL by Aug 3rd , I recon he has a maximum of 3 weeks to get it out of storage, crate it and get it on its way. The same goes for the money he has witheld/stolen from me. Because if I dont have the PSRU and my money by that time, I am going after him and the company in any way I can think of. And a few more, I have lot of retired pilot friends in the airpark who are eager to help. This is not meant as a threat, I am just telling you, so maybe you can give Ed a warning what will happen if he insist of going on cheating and lying. To tell the truth I have never dealt with such a dishonest person, I just am not used to it. Tore ----- Original Message ----- From: "George" <glazik@wgn.net> <glazik@wgn.net> Subject: PSRU Status Tore: I spoke with Ed today and this is the situation as best I understand it. He told me he has you PSRU, and it is complete and ready to go. I haven't personally seen it, but that doesn't really mean much at this time. The bigger issue is that the PSRU has not yet been mounted on an engine and run. As you may or may not know, it is Ed's practice to run each PSRU for a minimum of 10 hours before shipping it, and I agree with this policy. Ed said he is prepared to ship your PSRU to you next week, but if he does, he first needs some written acknowledgement from you that you are accepting it before it has been test run. Under ordinary circumstances, I wouldn't even consider this, but I know you are anxious to get the unit. The alternative is to wait until it is test run, which is what I recommend. But I imagine that if you doubt that the unit really exists, and you certainly have every reason to do so, ask to have it shipped, and he will ship it. When asked how long it would take before he could test and then ship it, Ed said he would test run your unit for at least 10 hours and then ship it within the next 30 days. To do so, he has to first get an new engine mounted on the test stand, etc. As you know, Ed has just relocated to the new facility, so I know for a fact that things are a bit "untidy" at this time. He is working hard to get things in order as soon as he can but it's a lot of work. So, the decision is yours to make. He will do whatever you wish. Please understand that I am not playing politics. I am just trying to give you the most accurate assesment I can. I want you to be satisfied, but I also want you to be safe. As a final note, I've attached several documents to this email message. I hope you find them informative. They have not yet been sent out ot anyone else, but I think you deserve some special consideration. Please do not forward them on to others until I have a chance to review them and include additional attachements. They wil be going out to everyone in the next few days. Thank you, and please feel free to contact me any time you wish. George
