      George,
      I am really tired of this problem with Ed, and it is quite clear that he does not
      have, and never will have the PSRU I paid for.
      I notice you have never answered my question; have you ever seen the unit he claims
      have been "ready to ship" for the last 2 years?
      I distinctly remember in CA last fall you saying you would have nothing to do with
      Ed and the new company if you found  he was not honest!!
      Really!!
      How much proof do you need?
      He promised  AGAIN that I would have it by the end of the month. (July) but of
      course I have heard nothing since July 6th.
      So I=B4ll go ahead and get legal advice from my lawyer neighbour in the airpark,and
      prepare a statement to post to all web sites I can think of, as well as Sport
      Aviation, Kitplanes and so on.
      This is not something I am happy about, but Ed is a liar and has stolen my money,
      so I=B4ll try to warn as many as I can.
      We have a saying in Norway; "He shot himself in the foot" and that is what  Ed
      is doing here.
      I think he will have a hard time making a go of the company after that, but that
      is his choice.
      I am not happy on behalf of the investors, but Ed has had 2 years to put this right.
      You know of course that he also owes Dave Bothe 25000$?

      Tore,
      
      I have nothing to say but that I am truly sorry for all of the aggravation  
      that I have caused. I have obviously bitten off more than I can chew taking on
      
      all of the old headaches from FEW. The delays are justified but I will  no 
      longer make these excuses. I will simply ship your unit un-tested and leave  it
      
      at that. This makes me very uncomfortable, and as a pilot yourself I'm  sure 
      that you understand my apprehension in doing this. I have seen two  crashed 
      aircraft due to PSRU failures and read about many more and am doing  all I can
      to 
      prevent even more such incidences. Take it from someone  that has flown 
      behind an automotive engine turning max rpms on takeoff- it is  damned scary at
      
      times and the PSRU is a necessary link in the system - one not  to be taken 
      lightly. Having said that, I just need a shipping address and  the unit is on it's
      
      way.
      
      Again, I apologize and only hope that we can see past this situation  and 
      find a solution in the near future to getting the proper test  procedures 
      completed on this unit prior to your first flight. I am  guilty of many, many screw
      
      ups in doing this business, but I have  never wanted to cut corners or take 
      chances on items as critical as a PSRU.  I'm sure that you will understand that
      I 
      will have to generate some sort of  liability waiver since we are proceeding 
      this way.
      
      Please accept my apology Tore. I'm not the bad guy that you make me out to  
      be. I am just one guy simply struggling to hold this all together and  rebuild
      
      the company into what we all need to support and maintain our projects.  
      Without an ongoing FEW / Legendary Aircraft LLC entity, we will all own  worthless
      
      orphan aircraft that have no place in the industry and have  little or no 
      value.
