Tom,
thank you for the sympatetic words.I had a wife like that once so I know the symptoms!
As you may have seen I paid for my unit 2 years ago, when it according to Ed was
finished.
At first I was not even interested in this PSRU after all the problems FEW had
with it, but Ed kept bombarding me with E-mails telling me mine was next in line
for delivery.
Now I think Ed may have solved most of the problems, but that does not help me,
as my project has been at a standstill for 18 months waiting for the PSRU.
As you can see from the mail Ed posted on the list today, he is now going to send
it right away; for the 16th time !!!!!
He also said that in early April 05; as soon as he got my adress in FL ( which
he has had for 18 months or more)
He said the same again on July the 6th ; You will have it ALL by the end of the
month.
Meaning I guess the PSRU AND the money he owes me.
So I have seen it all before, but I guess he posted this mail to make himself and
Legendary Aircraft LLC look better.
What happens every time is this; after promising to send it right away he goes
silent for a couple of months and the whole charade starts all over again.
And usually some catch 22 comes up after he promises to ship it. I am sure that
will happen this time too.
And there are about 6 other people waiting for their units after me !!!!
It would not be so bad if he had come clean and worked something out with us, instead
of lying, and making promises he does not intend to keep.
I do not know if he thinks he can get away with this because I live in Norway most
of the year, but I am not taking this anymore.
I cannot understand him; he must surelely understand he will have a very hard
time making a go of the company as long as his credibility is below zero ?
As to his location; I belive he has now moved to Santa Paula airport in CA.

conversations with Ed. I have a sister-in-law who has the same profile of
this guy. It is a sickness for her and may be for Ed. At this point, I can't

that I have caused. I have obviously bitten off more than I can chew taking
on
all of the old headaches from FEW. The delays are justified but I will no
longer make these excuses. I will simply ship your unit un-tested and leave

This is nearly the same he said in March, but is still untrue, so I cant see
what is so well said.
I have actually asked to get the PSRU untested, but big surprise; I did not
get it " by the end of the month" as promised this time either.
I have no problem seeing Eds commitment, but I honestly belive he should
have delivered what he said was ready and therefor paid for before commiting
himself further.
He may also well be honest, but I have to judge him by his actions against
me.
And the fact is that he told me my 2 years ago my PSRU was finished, and
then asked to be paid. That I did, and on top of that he has $2000 of my
money.
He has been promising to send the PSRU AND my money 15 times for
in theese 2 years!!!
If that is honest you certainly have a different definition of honest from
us in Europe.
I remember we have discussed all this on the net, and also in CA last fall.
If I am not mistaken you have got your PSRU, so it is easy to be patient,
while I have paid good money + the $2000 Ed has kept, and have nothing.
And I really need it; my project has come to a halt waiting for it.

I am returning to Lake City tomorrow, and if I do not have information that it
has been shipped ( including a tracking no) by next friday Aug 19th I will take
the steps I have outlined to George.
That includes postings to warn people not to do business with you on every aviation
related web site I can think of.
Also I have a draft for a warning to be sent to Sport Aviation- Kitplanes and similar
magazines.
I will also consult the lawyer in the airpark about legal action.
I hate to do this, but after 2 years of deceit it seems to be the only way.
The PSRU, when shipped will be complete with nothing missing, and in perfect working
order.
AND NO MORE OF THE: " IT WILL SHIP NEXT WEEK/ YOU WILL HAVE IT BY THE END OF THE
MONTH/ CAN I HAVE 3 WEEKS TO TEST IT" BULLSHIT.

thanks again for your moral support, I am really tired of this.
I have been over to see him twice, but every time he has promised " it is ready
next week" or similar.
I actually have a friend in Tampa who is a retired policeman (HUGE) who have offered
to look him up when he is out there on classic car business.
But I thought I would try with legal means.
I am Norwegian and feel I need to this right, but I am ready to take action by
the end of next week.
If that does not work I might look at other options.

I feel for you especially because you are across the country in Fla. and
can not walk up and knock on his door with a few strong arm friends. The next
time he makes a promise, you should hire someone to pick it up for you. Maybe
an off duty police/security officer. Or, put him on the hot seat and tell him
no need to send it, that sometime within the next month your "boys" will be
over to pick it up.
