ED HULLINGER,
as you may remember you sent this July 6th.this year
It is now 3 weeks past " BY THE END OF THE MONTH"- AGAIN !!!!!!! But maybe you
don't remember, you have lied to me so many times the last 2 years
that you have probably lost track.
But I have not; this is the 16th time you have promised to ship my unit; "as soon
as I have your adress/ within a week/by the end of the month/ as soon as tested/
I am looking for the best shipping rate"-and so on.
It is now more than 2 years since it " was ready, waiting for teststand time.
I am not used to doing business with compulsive liars and crooks, and for quite
some time i believed you and wanted to give you a chance to prove me wrong,
but it seems clear that you have used the money I paid for the PSRU ( and the $2000
you have stolen) to sponsor the other PSRUs or to pay for your BMW or
your mortage.
You also sent a message saying you are not such a bad person as I make you out
to be- really?
Also ; grow up and be a man, stop whining like a little girl about "keeping the
company alive" that happened nearly 2 years after my unit was paid for, and has
nothing to do with me.
The fact is; I was led to pay for something I never got, and you obviously never
intend to give me.
But now my patience has come to an end, and I have an appointment on monday with
Mr T. Sawyer, who is a lawyer, a neighbour and a pilot here in the airpark.
After consulting with him I will take action any way I can, and try to stop you
from cheating more people.
I am really sorry on behalf of the investors, but I see no other way to stop you
cheating more people.
I am sure I know, and can reach so many people in the homebuilding community through
the internet, that I will make it unlikely that you will ever make a go
of the company.
Impressive new website by the way.
