since I received this promise of my PSRU being finished in 30 days ( I
think it is the 22nd time in the 3 1/2 years since I paid for it ) I
have mailed you twice to get confirmation that I can pick it up early
March , but again you do not reply.
Can only assume the mail has not reached you , so I try through the
list then.
So, can you confirm that I can pick it up early March then ?
Hate to make another trip all the way to CA with no result as you had me
do once already .
Your tardiness cannot be from lack of income , I notice you are charging
another builder $ 1.50 each for MS 20470 AN 4-7 rivets !
Quite a markup , Aircraft Spruce sell them for just over 0.3 cents a
piece !

Another 6 months have passed , 3 1/2 years altogether since you said
my PSRU was ready , and you tricked me into paying .
All I have had since then is empty promises .

early July this year you sent me a mail saying you would ship my
PSRU within a month , or just after Oshkosh at the latest .
Since then you have asked for my address ( for the umphteen time )
I have since asked for a date , so I could be in FL when it arrived.
Since then nothing but silence , and you do not reply to mails sent
to Legendary Aircraft.
I can only guess this is just another delaying tactic , just like it
has been in the past.
Actually it is now 3 years since you said the PSRU was finished ,
asked me to send the money .
How on earth do you expect to have ANY credability , and be able to
sell anything from Legendary Aircraft when you operate like this ?
That for me is a mystery.
