Ed. Oh what a surprise , you did not make it to S&F !? When I wisited at Santa Paula on March 18th , to pick up my PSRU , which was to be ready around Feb 20th, ( according to you ) you of course had nothing , and got really agitated when I accepted your offer to take it disasembled . So it was obvious that offer was not real . You also guarantied that I would get the PSRU AND the money you owe me at S&F , which of course did not happen either . But what is stopping you from sending the money ? You promised to transfer that more than 3 years ago ! You have my adress , you must have asked for it at least 5 or 6 times , so surely by now you must have it written down ? And now you ask for my phone No . which you obviously had when you called and blamed me for loosing the sale of a kit in March . But I mailed my cell no to you anyway , and monitor my cell waiting for your call ! So now you are shipping the PSRU this week ? These are indeed exciting times ! Only 3 more days , and it is finally on its way !??!?? Tore ----- Original Message ----- From: Ed Hullinger To: Tore S. Bristol Sent: Friday, April 20, 2007 4:50 PM Subject: Sun 'n Fun Tore, After fighting landing gear issues we're not going to make it to Sun 'n Fun. Your PSRU will be shipped to you in Florida next week when I get back to CA after a quick overseas trip. If you will give me a phone number to reach you, I'll call as soon as I can. All I have had since then is empty promises . Tore ----- Original Message ----- From: Tore S. Bristol To: fewmustang-list@matronics.com Sent: Friday, September 22, 2006 3:06 PM Subject: PSRU Ed early July this year you sent me a mail saying you would ship my PSRU within a month , or just after Oshkosh at the latest . Since then you have asked for my address ( for the umphteen time ) I have since asked for a date , so I could be in FL when it arrived. Since then nothing but silence , and you do not reply to mails sent to Legendary Aircraft. I can only guess this is just another delaying tactic , just like it has been in the past. Actually it is now 3 years since you said the PSRU was finished , asked me to send the money . How on earth do you expect to have ANY credability , and be able to sell anything from Legendary Aircraft when you operate like this ? That for me is a mystery. TORE

Hi Tore, Yes, No Sun 'n Fun as we were busy building parts and fighting the old style L/G on the demonstrator. Thankfully the new L/G system works very well and we won't have future problems. Your PSRU is shipping this week. Maybe then you give up on all this name calling stuff. You'll be quite happy when you see the final product. I do need a phone number for you for the shipping airway bill. Ed ************************************** See what's free at http://www.aol.com.

Ed, I have given you both my cell no and you already have my home no , so which nos is it you want ? And I take it for granted you are shipping it surface , not air , and door to door , so I can be there to sign for it . Just curious ; when have I called you names ? Ed, the new landing gear setup is of great interest to us here in Portland. Do you plan to add a description to the website? Did you by any chance utilize the Siemens digital unit? Thanks, Ken Melvin, N51KX
