Bruce,
What material(s) do you recommend and what's the best way to get bonding to the
inner main member of the strut?
My guess is the foam is a urethane with a glass wrap?

It shouldn't be that difficult to fix the old one. Or buy another from
Glasair Aviation.

Bruce,
I have a fixed gear tricycle GII. Upon crossing a cross runway
intersection
noted for its bump, the front wheel pant came loose [my bad - didn't
have it
tightened like I thought I did] and chewed up the fiberglass and foam
fairing around the front strut near the wheel pivot point.
Question: Is there a quick way to purchase a new fairing, or should I
just
repair the damage?
I already purchased a new pant from Glasair.
Thanks,
John Markey
