You can put shim washers inside and between the axle and the two aluminum
spacers and then the axle bolt and nut can be torqued to the proper spec
without binding the bearings......(note) I had to put about a .040 shim in
place...Now I tighten up the axle nut and the wheel bearings have the right
pre-load and the nut has the proper torque...

Replacing the AN364-428A nose wheel fork axle nut with a A365-428A doesn't
give enough bolt threads and a longer bolt may be required. Note: When over
torque, the wheel bearings start to bind up.
