Tech Adviser Joe Gauthia felt the engineers designed in too much tension on
the trim springs and placed spacers to lessen the load. I have been flying
the plane since 1991 with far less tension than what the plans called far.
Myron Jenkins disagreed, but I never found out why. I built a GL 2S.
