I was told that I may have high oil temps because of a broken ring. Other
than a compression test, what other indicator would show this?
I decided to replace my oil cooler lines and used 303 hose ( a big
mistake). As I used the mandrel to insert the hose and as I screwed in the
fitting, the inside of the hose would bind and break away. I asked Aircraft Spruce
if this batch was manufactured in China!!?
