This is an update to an earlier posting about the Zenair floats. After coming back
from Oshkosh, it was decided to start developing a 2,500# float as a lot of
Glasair owners including others were asking for that.
The development work is now complete and parts are being made so we should start
shipping the 2,500# float kits in January. Kits will be available as a parts
kit (no holes drilled) or a pre-drilled kit (floats are pre-assembled at the
factory and disassembled for shipping).
For those of you who want amphibious floats, we have good news for you as they
will be offered at the same time as the straight floats. Main wheel size will
be 18.5" - HUGE and excellent for grass strips.
