As a resident citizen of the USA, any person who purchases the aircraft and later decides to sue him as the manufacturer, they can do it in their country depending on their laws but they can also initiate a suit here in any-tort land. That web site someone else posted a few days ago has a great deal of information. Properly drawn up by an attorney you can usually alleviate most all liability. The problem is that door can be opened and even if you win you have costs associated with any litigation. Make sure tort-reform is on your list when voting in next elections. Back to lurk mode.
