I have proven that several ways, it was also wired by me so why would there be an issue.... Well today didn't go well as the new sender and meter arrived very late, after I fitted it it read -7 psi static (a low zero). Then when I tried to start the engine for a ground run the battery was still flat. The charger I borrow had a high/low switch and apparently I should have set it on high. I'm at the airport now flying off for 2 weeks work so all stop and I'll not be able to more forward until I get back. Thanks for the suggestions.
