Lynn,
I didn't measure the 240 main jet before I put it in, but here are
measurements for the 220 main jet - .078", drill no. 47,
and for the spare 245 main jet - .089", drill no. 43. You could
extrapolate between these two numbers to get a size for the 240 main
jet. I would error on the smaller size, otherwise you could be running
rich. Hope this helps.
