I built my own "air straightener/divider." It was a lot of work, and
I can't say as it gave me any benefit...maybe, but I'm not positive.
Here's a picture. I started out with the curved fiberglas tube which
I built, laying fiberglas over a section of PVC plumbing. I used it
for awhile just as a curved tube, then later cut it along the
vertical axis and added the air straightening vanes, and reassembled.

Hey Lynn, just curious.. With all the modifications you have made to your
engine, what changes did you make to the Jabiru serial number placard to
improve it??
Just kidding, I'm enjoying all the good ideas you share with us.
Thanks!
Rob

Oh, man, I never thought about that! Let's see....Jabiru 2200A dash
Super Ignitor dash Rocker Bushing Supreme...so maybe Jabiru
2200ASIRSB...something like that? : )
Or maybe you meant to the placard itself....maybe I could airfoil the
leading edge of it to help lift....that's it, I'm doin' it!
