If I feel it should be archived, I just erase the "do not archive" line. The worst that can happen if I forget to erase that line is that something brilliant might not get saved. Clive- If the archive "sniffer" sees that phrase "do not archive" anywhere, it will not archive that message.....or so I'm told.
