deification and that many people seeking knowledge are led up the garden
path by well meaning but factually incorrect postings, that does not make i

Hello Barry,
Of that, I have no doubt! Responding to you at all is a complete waste of
time, Barry! You've clearly demonstrated that you think you know everything
there is to know, TWICE on this thread alone. I'm not sure why any of the
rest of us even bother to participate here on the Jabiru forum! Maybe we
should have Matt change the name to "Barry's Forum" and you can discuss
everything with yourself while we all read along? BTW, I'm not picking on
you at all, just responding to your unsolicited, condescending reply to my
post about oil filter gaskets. You're doing a fine job of exposing yourself
for who and what you are without any help from me. As we say in the South
"Hit dog hollers". It's pretty clear all you want to do is argue and tell us
all how smart you think you are. Sorry, not taking the bait, partner. Guys
who just want to argue and tell everyone how smart they are come and go on
these lists all the time. It's nothing new. Your attitude and willingness to
insult other people you do not even know is a clear indication that you
simply are not worthy of my time. I'm here to discuss Jabiru engine topics
of interest to me, not to argue with you and your boundless ego. Just so
you'll know, you ain't the only Engineer on this forum.
Since you don't want to ask Dean I would suggest before you make bigger fool
of yourself than you already have you just might want to check the Rotax
912/914 line maintenance manual where it discusses oil changes and see what
Rotax says to use on the oil filter gasket. Unless, of course, you think you
know more than a company that has been building engines since 1920!
