Subject: | Re: Fuel injection for the Jabiru |
From what I've read so far, the South African system is NOT direct
port injection, so perhaps the same old manifold is still there
waiting to cause havoc over the fuel distribution issue. And I think
I also read that their FI system is on hold right now, due to the
departure of one of the "brains" of the system?
I'm with you, John...I like the simple approach when possible, and my
gravity-fed TBI fills that bill for now.

Check out these two links -
Gentlemen, please view the below items. This is a problem that has been
noticed on two of engines in my area. One is a 2200 and mine which is a
3300. It seems to be with early hyd/lifter engines. Any comments
welcome.

Did you change your oil cooler adapter for one with larger 3/8" fittings and
then use larger 3/8" hose?
