I am starting my annual inspection and although I have access to a compression tester, the tester does not have an adapter that fits the Jabiru engine (it's an aviation tester and has the adapter for the standard aviation spark plug). I have been looking around and it looks like I have to buy an automobile test kit to get the adapter. Where are you guys getting your adapter? And no, I'm not interested in building one out of an old spark plug. Although it would work fine, I don't have the torch to braze on the fitting. Pete, you may have a source I could use. -------- Dennis Read this topic online here: http://forums.matronics.com/viewtopic.php?p=380550#380550

Dennis, Make sure it is a 12 mm adapter. Lockwood sells a lot of Rotax parts and the Rotax size is 14 mm. We bought our adapters from J.C. Whitney on line.
