Thanks to all that responded!
I am changing out the 285 needle jet for a 290 and hope this gets the EGT's down
to an acceptable level at cruise RPM. I installed a splitter in my intake not
an X but it helped considerably. Rob - I was not able to access the photo you
attached. Can you send it to me direct or let me know where I can find it?
If we all keep at it maybe we can find a solution that will work and be simple
enough. I would like to see a simple mechanical fuel injection system that would
solve all the problems with fuel atomization and distribution
