Subject: | Fund Raiser Behind By 20% - Please Contribute Today! |
Dear Listers,
The percentage of members making a Contribution to support the Lists this year
is currently behind last year by at this time by roughly 20%. Please take this
opportunity to show your support for the Matronics Lists and Forums!
Please remember that it is *solely* your direct Contributions that keep these Lists
and Forums up and running and most importantly - AD FREE! If the members
don't want to support the Lists directly, then I might have to add advertisements
to offset the costs of running the Lists. But I don't want to have to do
that. I really like the non-commercial atmosphere here and I think that a lot
of the members appreciate that too.
Please take a moment to make a Contribution today in support of the continued ad-free
operation of all these Lists:
http://www.matronics.com/contribution
Or, drop a personal check in the mail to:

I want to send out a word of appreciation to all of the members that have already
made their generous Contribution to support the Lists! Thank you!

Barry
I went looking for a set of wire gauges at the hangars on the field and no one
had any. BTW the feeler gauge I cut up was over 50 years old. I bought it new
in the early 60's when I put a cam and solid lifters in my '57 Chevy. But I digress
: )
I really like the idea that J. has - cut a piece of .010 brass shim stock long
enough to cover both poles and let the magnets hold it in place while you tighten
the screws.
I have learned a lot of practical ideas from this list.
Thanks,
Keep it up guys.

Nothing wrong with a 53 Ford (fix-or-repair-daily)! Mine was Crestline coupe powered
by a six with overdrive.
Sooo sloooooo!
It was the 50th year anniversary for Ford.
