Guys
Where is every body?
I guess all the problems are solved but mine.
The engine starts and runs better than ever using the newer Honda ignition coil.
I tilted the carb bottom toward the hot ( #6 ) cylinder by moving the top toward
#5 about 1/4" .
Now the #5 is running close to 1400 degrees EGT while the rest are in the low 1200
and high 1100's. ( at 2800 RPM )
Also the CHT's on #4 & #6 are running 330 and 340 while the right side 1, 3, &
5 are in the 260 to 280 range with #1 at 200 ~ 210.
I have installed a Vee shaped baffle on the bottom of the steel fins between 4
& 6 similar to Lycoming and it helped. If I remove it the CHT goes up about 20
degrees.
I have tried everything.
I am abut to let someone else have the problem. The plane is for sale at $45k.
Zodiac 601 B Dynon DEK180, Camit 45 amp alternator, Garmin 327 transponder, and

on right mag. Complete logs. May trade for High wing complete RTF.
