Subject: JabiruEngine-List: CHT

List, 
My CHT for #4 is 301 degrees, #5 is 305 and #6 is 320 ~ 325. 
Manifold pressure is 19" and 2400 rpm and 118 mph. 
My question: Will 320 constantly at 19" shorten the life of my engine. 
Or another way to put it is what is the highest CHT I can run without damage to
the engine. 
I know 356 degrees is max and cooler is better. 
I have 240 hours on this engine and this is about the best I can get. Number one
is running at 200 degrees and under. 
Probes have been checked and are within 10 to 15 degrees.
