This might also help the overall situation esp. #3 and #5. You may have already tried: Depending on type of ducts there are deflector vanes to adjust and the 3300 installation instructions made use of deflectors mounted across the cylinders gap - this varied over time but there might be something to try - maybe just a gullwing for the #4 to # 6 gap? My engine is 2200 and i had highest CHT on #4 which was helped by adding some deflector strip around the rear corner of the duct there - to fill a leak gap area around the back of the head. Depending on they way the CHT probe is mounted, you may have some error. If sparkplug colour is OK, and exhaust pipe colour OK - especially comparing residue from one stack to the other around muffler, I'd tend to leave it be. another visual check is for fins on the heads - they externally warp if overheated and can be seen looking along the bank - if they show all straight at 240 hrs is enough to say 320 CHT is working OK for you although we'd all be happier with 300 or less. If the above shows a problem, the other way is reducing the pitch or dia. of your prop.
