Is the prop a two blade or a three blade?

I have a Europa XS with Whirl Wind ground adjustable prop. It's taken me
three years to get this engine up to speed. I flew from KDWA to KCGZ
(Copper State Fly-in). Then back on Sunday. I averaged 6.0 Gph, 110 kts. My
IAS 96-98kts TAS 105 at 2950 rpm my manifold gauge shows about 16-18 inches.
Takeoff RPM's about 2850@85kts. It will over speed in cruise if I let it.
At one time it seemed that I could get 115 kts IAS, but now it only in the
90's.
Just started my first hundred hour inspection. Compression were low of 66/80
high of 74/80.
I have the HACman installed and use it for climb out as the engine runs
rough if I don't lean. I have a 245 main jet installed. Cruise numbers are
good and almost even at 640-680 @2950
I was wondering if anybody has a Lighten on this brog?
If it what your thoughts on what I have written!
