The system could be adjusted a bit to give me some more nose down trim, but even then I don't know if I would have enough trim travel to cover my complete range of airspeeds. Since I do most of my flying puttering around locally at low airspeeds (helps save fuel) I live with my present trim system adjustment and tape on the supplemental nose down aluminum tab when I want to go fast or have a heavy load. I am usually flying locally at 2,000 RPM with a fuel flow of around 4 gallons per hour, this gives me 100 knots indicated. Down wind leg in the landing pattern is at 1,800 RPM with 90 knots indicated. 3) "I extended my elevator the 1" as recommended by Rich and Vance circa 1996." I also extended the trailing edge of my elevator.
