Hi all. Just thought I'd break the silence with my unique window
installation method.
I decided to have the windows easily removable for replacement when the time
comes.
A 1/4" thick moulding is formed with fiberglass over the outside of window
cutout.
I used packaging tape as mould release.
Rubber gasket applied to the back of the moulding.
Window is set with 3M auto glass adhesive.

Moulding is attached with 8/32 ss screws and ss acorn nuts.

Outside view.
