Hi all
All is well here in South America. Getting another minor operation
next week and hope this one will make things better for me.
I got a question regarding the fuel flapper door in the tank. Has
anyone had a problem here. Sticking or not working well? I just made a
major mod to my slosh tank because the engine kept burping when turning
and kicking the rudder to force the fuel out board. Only one wing. The
first fix was to unstick the door after some flocks got on it during
assembly. This did not repair the problem. So inded up making a tube
with a flapperdoor closer to the inboard rib. This worked and have 1
gallon unusable fuel in that tank. We never retested the other wing.
Just added the mod but I really don=B4t like it. Cost to much.
