Building up the outside of the fuselage sounds a little extreme. I think what I'll do is build up a portion of the "roll bar" structure on the inside ceiling and fill it with flox mixture from a hole drilled in the outside skin. then it would be solid enough to take a bolt through the "roll bar" from front to back and not penetrate to the outside. By the way, I decided on a non retractable 1 piece lap/shoulder belt anchored at 3 points like most cars are equipped. I was thinking of a retractable belt but read that they have to be mounted on the vertical and wont work roof mounted. I'll send pics when finished. Thanks, Al On Wed, Jun 27, 2012 at 10:05 PM, Kent Pyle <kentpyle@iland.net> wrote: > Al, I used tinnerman washers and a lot of fiberglass cloth.
