He told me that not too long ago a Salvadoran Judge determined that PULSAR was the legal owner of TR-1 N93RT. That being said, he also told me that Yaron's widow is liquidating as much of the company as she can in order to pay for PULSAR's large debts. She has offered to sell N93RT to him but he is hesitant to do so since the airplane is not flying. He mentioned a price of $10,000.00 but I am not sure if that was what he would offer or what she was asking for it. I suspect that several builders and flyers would benefit from knowing sources for the parts supplied by outside vendors to TRI-R. Most of us are familiar with Lyle Hendricks and that he supplied some fabricated parts but aren't sure of which parts. I was not awasre of Aircraft Windshields as a supplier. Unfortunately some of the early Tri =93 R hardware was provided by Ken Brock who was killed in an aircraft landing accident when a loose tool box whacked him in the back of the head. Rich was not entirely happy with all of Brock=99s hardware and searched for alternatives. That may have been when Lyle Hendricks first appeared on the scene. Vance Jaqua was also known to turn out a piece of hardware from time to time. He made the door hinges for my KIS TR-1. By the time of the decision Degani bought the farm when the nice TR-4 Rich built for him spun to the ground and burst into flames after the ill maintained engine quit on him. Richard too had passed and widow Ying was in no position to fight the legal duel Yaron Degani put in motion in spite of Richard moving on Brazil to a place where people appreciated what he could do instead of being constantly lied to by Degani. At least Richard was able to get away from the night mare in El Salvador and only lost the TR-1 prototype. I would advise your friend and anybody else to stay away from this airplane, it is nothing like the rest of the fleet, the wing is glued in place and can only be removed by cutting it off, and the tail incidence also different than the rest of the fleet and that makes this a very hard airplane to fly. If it ever appears on American soil it will be the subject of a law suit headed up by myself and widow Ying. And FYI check the owner on this link: http://registry.faa.gov/aircraftinquiry/NNum_Results.aspx?NNumbertxt=93RT It says nothing about Yaron Degani or Pulsar!!!! Oh my do I sound mad? Yaron Degani Stole this airplane!!!
