I removed the cracked one the way Bob described . Cutting the skin on the inside and around the window. then prying it loose. Before doing anything, I made layups for a retaining bracket that is removable for easy window renewal in the future. See picture worth a thousand words. Incidentally, If you know someone who wants an almost finished Cruiser (without engine or instruments), I am ready to sell my project for $25,000. (firm). This is the type of adventure the KIS airplanes are tailor made to do. As always we had a blast and are already thinking about a December 2014 trip.
